AdAI is an editorial brand, and it's on your side. The AI industry has spent years making automation look harder, and pricier, than it is. We write about how it actually gets done, one bottleneck at a time, and we publish the blueprints free. 5,000+ operators read them weekly.
Most SMBs know AI matters but don't know where to start.
The AI industry has spent years selling to developers and enterprises. Nobody built the on-ramp for the 30-person recruitment agency, the 15-person law firm, the 12-person plumbing business, or the 20-person healthcare practice.
That gap is what AdAI writes for. Not with theory, and not with another tool to buy. The people selling AI to small businesses have done very well out of making it look difficult. We take the one thing in an operation that's costing the most and show exactly how it gets fixed, in enough detail that you, your team, or your agency could build it.
The approach is simple: one bottleneck at a time.
Full transformations fail. The businesses that get automation right fix the single constraint costing them the most, prove it works, then move to the next one. That's what we write about: real workflows, mapped end to end.
You can start with the . Answer a few questions about how your business actually runs, and you'll get a report showing where you're losing time and money and what a fix would look like.
It's the same way we'd map a workflow for an article, pointed at your business.
If your bottleneck is one our readers would learn from, and we have room in the schedule, we may ask to interview you and design the full blueprint for it, published free. You get the complete design. Our readers get a worked example.
Every week, we : a specific SMB bottleneck mapped end to end, with the agent logic, the integrations, the data flow, and the expected outcome.
Real mechanics, real patterns, drawn from years of operations experience across real SMB environments.
Operators read them, adapt them, and apply them to their own businesses.
The blueprints are there, free, for all SMBs to learn from.
AdAI was founded by Steve Pritchard in 2024.
Nineteen years running operations taught Steve the same pattern shows up in every SMB: too many tools, not enough integration, staff doing work their software should be doing on its own, owners who can feel the friction but can't put a number on it.
Then a colleague showed him how a single AI agent could automate most of one repetitive task. Not new software, not a transformation project. One agent, one bottleneck, done.
That insight became AdAI.
Today AdAI is an editorial team. Steve writes most of the pillar articles and interviews; the wider team designs and publishes the blueprints. What we share is a refusal to write anything we couldn't build ourselves.
Three things.
One bottleneck at a time. The businesses that get automation right don't overhaul everything at once. They fix the constraint costing them the most, then the next. Every blueprint we publish follows that logic.
The design is free. We give away the full blueprint: the logic, the integrations, the flow. We don't sell the build. The thinking is the point, and the thinking is what we publish.
Published in public. We don't hide behind case studies nobody can verify, and we don't price the answer out of reach. The work is at adai.news for anyone to read, free. If the logic is sound, you'll see it. If it isn't, you'll see that too.
See what's automatable in your business - Ten minutes, and you'll get a report showing where your team is losing time and money and what a fix would look like. If your workflow's a fit, it could even become an interview.
